Kelly founded TPI Crown Travel in early 2005, turning her love for travel into a thriving travel agency. Her journey began with a memorable trip to Acapulco, Mexico, at 17, sparking a lifelong passion for exploring the world.
With nearly two decades of experience, Kelly prides herself on exceptional customer service, aiming to respond to every client within one hour. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures every trip is a dream come true.
Beyond work, Kelly is a devoted wife and mother, married for 30 years with two amazing adult daughters. She believes in a balanced lifestyle, finding joy in daily workouts and sharing travel stories with fellow gym enthusiasts.

She started by helping us decide which destination would suit us best - Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic - and then she helped narrow down the search by providing us with just a few reputable resorts to choose from. We had lots of questions and she was very helpful and patient with us :) She provided us with all of the information we needed in order for our travel days to go smoothly. When a last minute issue came up with our personal insurance, she was immediately available to help us! When we arrived at the resort, Dreams Flora Punta Cana, we experienced a challenge with room placement and she was just a text away ready and willing to help us work it out! We absolutely loved Dreams Flora Punta Cana and will definitely be going back! The resort was breathtaking, immaculate, very clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed a magnificent ocean view from our room as well as preferred guest service which came with a bunch of perks including our very own butler! Our room felt luxurious and the bed was even more comfortable than ours back home! The staff were so friendly and quickly became our friends. The food was excellent and the entertainment was very impressive. We felt so pampered and were truly able to relax and enjoy our family vacation. Thank you Kelly!

My husband and I recently got married at Riu Vallarta. Kelly Carriere was fantastic to work with. She worked within our budget for what we wanted. She was very professional and easy for my guests to work with. The only thing I wish could have been different was if she was able to work arranging with some of our out of province guests, however because the airline wasn't flying out of their particular city, Kelly was limited with what services she could offer them. I would highly recommend her services regardless.

Being older, we just enjoyed being at the resort. Have a preferred pkg entitled us a wonderful experience at the roof top pool, exceptional interaction with all employees. We felt special every day. The many food choices daily , the evening entertainment etc was fun. Made us think we could do that again next year .. God-willing Thank you Kelly for making all our arrangements. It was seem less from there.

Kelly is fantastic! I have been booking vacations with her for the last few years, and will continue to book with her for the foreseeable future. In 2023, she assisted with my destination wedding. Planning a wedding is such a stressful time to begin with, but she helped get my group of 15 people to and from, and made the process so easy. Even when we were abroad, if we had a question or concern, she was always quick to reply! Our last trip was to Jamaica (1st time), and it was great! She suggested activities and provided information when it came to transfers, etc. (all of which I will proceed with on my next vacation). Kelly loves to provide options! Between ways to travel, locations and resorts, there is always options to choose from!
